Lead the design of Tenant fit-out projects and serve as a key designer on base building/infrastructure upgrades. The position requires, at a minimum, a U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or the foreign degree equivalent; 3 years’ experience in the job offered or a related occupation; experience with design calculations and software tools including Revit and AutoCAD; experience with Electrical Engineering project scope (i.e., proposal/add-service), trade related codes (including energy, building, etc.) and the required coordination with other engineering departments; experience with documentation requirements for each deliverable phase (e.g., SD, DD, CD and specifications); and experience with applicable design procedures (i.e. archiving drawings, filing drawings and forms, etc.) and construction administration (i.e., updating shop drawing log, updating RFI log, etc.).
