Manage the commissioning of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems. Ensure automated handling systems are properly installed, maintained, and serviced to the customer's satisfaction. Provide guidance to the client customer support team and resolutions for all mechanical, electrical, and operational issues related to the AGV system. Execute customer negotiations, project pricing, and AGV sales initiatives. Manage AGV project implementation and build scope of work and budget for proposals. Execute technical studies and evaluate customer systems to develop knowledge, analyze data and performance, and build out effective
solutions. Guide AGV project team toward achievement of functional objectives. Provide customer training and support.

Position requires vocational or technical high school with a focus on electronics, electrical and electrical technology, or related field. Will accept the foreign educational equivalent.

3 years as a Customer Service Technician or related occupation. Experience must include : Performing installation, providing customer support, and conducting training on automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems; Serving as an onsite commissioner for AGV installation projects, and utilizing IEC61131-3 Programming Industrial Automation software for AGV systems; wiring cables for AGV systems. Position requires travel up to 90% of the job on a weekly basis throughout the U.S. to customer sites to provide technical services or training to customers.
