Job Responsibilities:
1. Editting video content for various social media platforms, according to brand guidelines.

2. Deliver high quality videos thru collaborating with: brands, scrum master, content creators, marketers, and other team members.

3. Incorporate visual effects, text, graphics and sound effects into videos to enhance storytelling and engagement.

4. Review and analyze footage to select the best shots and scenes to ensure video flow, continuity and coherence in the final product.

5. Ensure all videos are optimized for performance and quality across different platforms and devices.

6. Stay updated on the latest video editing software, trends, and techniques to continually enhance content quality and creativity.

7. Manage video projects from concept to completion, including scheduling, editing, and final delivery, while adhering to deadlines.

8. Maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage and completed projects.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing.

2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g: After Effects).

3. Strong creative vision and storytelling ability, with an understanding of pacing, timing, and visual aesthetics.

4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
