Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

Duties
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Conduct commercial and industrial cleaning tasks
- Utilize buffing equipment for floor care
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas including restrooms, offices, and common spaces
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Support porter duties such as trash removal and recycling
- Basic residential painting tasks may be required

Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Experience in floor care techniques is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.18 - $32.18 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week
