Accounts Receivable Specialist - Akron, OH - JOB 440-24-00823

Pay: $45K - $55K+ Permanent Position with Benefits

A well-established electrical contracting company is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Akron, Ohio area.

Description
• Process invoices accurately and timely.
• Construction or trades accounts receivable a big plus but not required
• Work with Project Managers to make sure paperwork is accurate
• Communicate with all levels of management and admins
• Work on a finance team
• Good organizations skills
• Monthly meetings to review billing
• Distribute billing info the right people
• Create invoices and get them sent out
• Assist CFO and Accounts Receivable Manager
• Provide administrative backup as necessary.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
