This is a contract position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organizations success.Responsibilities:Project Governance:Establish and maintain project governance structures.Ensure adherence to project management policies, procedures, and best practices.Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.Reporting and Analysis:Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports for stakeholders.Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Resource Management:Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively.Monitor resource utilization and identify potential bottlenecks.Support capacity planning and resource forecasting efforts.Risk and Issue Management:Identify and assess project risks and issues.Develop risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to appropriate stakeholders.Quality Assurance:Implement and oversee quality management processes.Work with project teams to define and measure project success criteria.Conduct regular project audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.Stakeholder Communication:Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.Ensure that project objectives and deliverables are clearly communicated.Address and resolve stakeholder concerns in a timely manner.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience in project management and PMO roles within the mortgage or financial technology industry.Strong understanding of mortgage processes and technology solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management tools and software.Preferred Skills:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations and compliance.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently.
