Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Native HANA solutions. Oversee the migration of data and processes from ECC to S4 HANA, ensuring best practices and efficiency. Manage and execute Brownfield migration projects, focusing on code remediation and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized SAP solutions. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA databases. Provide expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and SAP best practices. Mentor and guide junior team members in SAP technologies and methodologies. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Native HANA and relevant migration projects (ECC to S4 and Brownfield). Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP Native HANA Modeling, SQL Script, and data extraction methods. Strong understanding of ECC, S4 HANA migration processes, and code remediation techniques. Experience with tools like SAP Migration Cockpit and Software Update Manager (SUM). Familiarity with HANA scale-out environments and high availability configurations.
