3+ years of experience using Productboard at the Maker level, preferably Maker/Admin 5+ years of experience with Productboard configuration management and standardization practices Ability to create, manage, and support all admin functions of Productboard Experience with integrations between Productboard and other tools Proven experience in establishing Productboard environments and onboarding of new users Established experience in training end user communities Hands-on experience with data migrations to Productboard, preferably from Aha! and Asana Experience in developing standards and best practices in Productboard
