HVAC Install Technician

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $34.00-$45.00/hr. to start based on experience plus various performance incentives
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 available for strong candidates with 6+ years of experience

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced HVAC Install Technicians to join our growing team. Specializing in ducted and ductless air source heat pump systems, furnaces, boilers, and central AC, we value technicians with a variety of HVAC system experience.

Requirements:
- Valid EPA Universal certification
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC experience
- Positive attitude focused on teamwork and exceptional customer service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and travel for the duration of the workday

Preferred Qualifications for Sign-On Bonuses:
- Lead performer at current employment
- Valid MA Refrigeration license (preferred but not required)
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Crew Lead or Senior HVAC Technician experience
- Valid license in additional trades (plumbing, sheet metal, electrical, etc.)
