An IT Global BPO firm from Europe has expanded business in the Philippines. This IT company is known for 50 years in the business. Currently providing IT services, Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity.

Position: Japanese Accounting Manager
2nd Post: Japanese-Mandarin Record to Report Manager
Location: Taguig (Work from home)
Salary: P 80,000-90,000 Above
Schedule: 5 days a week
Shift: 8am to 5pm daily
Days Off: 2 days off (weekends)

Requirement:
📌Can speak Mandarin and Japanese
📌Open to Japanese National who can speak Mandarin
📌No HSK or JLPT certificate required
📌Must have background in Accounting
📌Must have experience working as R2R Manager
📌Has experience managing a team but not required
📌Visa will be provided if the hired candidate is a Japanese foreigner
📌Willing to work as Accounting Manager / R2R Manager
📌Experience of 3 to 5 years if possible
📌Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities:
📌Oversee the Record to Report (R2R) process ensuring accuracy and compliance.
📌Prepare financial statements and reports.
📌Manage a team of Japanese/Mandarin accountants and financial analysts.
📌Identify and implement process improvements.
📌Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
📌Manage the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
