Engagement Specialist, VML LLC, Detroit, MI. Configure and activate MarTech platforms based on the strategic plan. Provide MarTech implementation guidance, so the customer experience can be easily tracked across channels and devices. Implement and/or configure MarTech models and metadata, including workflows and governance rules. Implement and configure MarTech systems based on business requirements documents and guides. Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to determine data needs and establish data collection requirements. Collaborate with content strategy, UX, SEO, and development teams during design and development phases. Support analytics technical design sessions. Lead analytics and media tagging implementation, including configuration of Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics and other Martech tools. Create testing artifacts and coordinate with quality assurance to test tracking implementations. Debug, troubleshoot, and fix tracking configuration and solution integration issues.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience in marketing analytics.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
• Working in Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Tealium iQ, Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, or Google Tag Manager (GTM);
• Using at least one (1) of the following: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Data layers;
• Overseeing projects and supporting clients; and
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing tracking configuration and solution integration issues.
Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) days per week.
