Job Responsibilities:
Provide Creative solutions to reduce errors and to ensure adherence to audit and control policies.
Provide back-up coverage for other Team members and to assist same during high volume periods.
Utilize technical knowledge in order to deliver quality service and achieve operating efficiency.
Work closely with peers and product to develop solutions that will enable our team to meet the mission statements of the department and create dynamic MIS
Maintain awareness of product changes and system enhancements.
Participate in system testing
Perform multiple transactions of moderate complexity to achieve operating efficiency and a high level of productivity.
Receive and Track responses to Voluntary Corporate Action (CA) events.
Read and review Complex corporate Action events
Ensure Key client information is included in CA responses
Work with the processing team to ensure all instructions are acted upon in a timely manner.
Knowledge & Experience
3+ years business experience required
Operational knowledge within Finance industry
Proven experience working within a team environment a must
Experience in other financial products outside of asset service will be advantageous.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:
BA Degree or 3+ years business experience required

Excel macros knowledge preferred.

Work Schedule:
M-F 8 am start till work is done for the day.
Ability to work long days (especially during the month of April, during US holidays, overtime and weekends.)
