OVERVIEW: Weihenstephan, the world's oldest brewery, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of introducing and growing the presence of Weihenstephan Beer in bars and pubs across the Greater Toronto Area. You will have the autonomy to build relationships with local bar owners, managers, and distributors to secure product placement, drive brand awareness, and increase sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to place Weihenstephan beer in local bars, pubs, and restaurants
Build and maintain strong relationships with bar owners, managers, and distributors
Conduct sales presentations and tastings to educate potential clients on Weihenstephan products.
Negotiate partnerships and secure product placement for Weihenstephan on menus and taps.
Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to drive customer engagement and awareness.
Work with TWENTY6 Communications to monitor and analyze sales performance and share findings + execution concepts

KEY GOALS:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Weihenstephan in the GTA.
Establish Weihenstephan as a premium beer choice in key bars, pubs, and restaurants.
Develop a network of relationships with local bar and restaurant owners.
Increase brand awareness through strategic promotional activities
