Title: Client Services/Hospitality Representative
Location: Boca Raton, FL

Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm, onsite
A well respected law firm is looking for an individual to provide office administrative and support services for guests, attorneys and other office personnel.
Job responsibilities
Front desk reception: Answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors Reserving conference rooms and conference room set ups Maintenance of kitchen pantry supplies and ordering catered food services for meetings. Copy/mail room services, large print jobs, assisting attorney with trial binder prep, receive, scan, process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages USPS/FEDEX, arrange messenger services. Monitor inventory of office supplies, submit building maintenance requests. Light filing, document changes, and clerical projects. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, strong time management, ability to multitask, and organization skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred 2+ years of office administration in a professional setting Law office support experience desired Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary is commensurate with experience
