Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Senior Project Engineer:

Requirements of the Senior Project Engineer:

Expertise in areas like Anchored Earth Retention, Foundation Design, and Construction or Post-Tensioning techniques.
The ideal candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving. Should possess a strong understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD or similar tools. Holding a PE license from any state is necessary.
