Global Director CRM Platform and Operations for Pall Corporation in Port Washington, NY to manage salesforce platform road map and align to the company’s strategic priorities. Build the CRM application team from scratch and manage high performing technical team. Work with cross functional teams to prioritize projects and enhancements. Support and enhance the CRM platform to achieve market standard sales productivity and adoption. Implement and launch new enhancements and projects requested by sales and marketing organizations. Implement Dell Boomi MDH platform and enhance functionality. Implement and enhance Analytics in Tableau CRM with the help of the Analytics product owner. Implement integrations to third party applications like Marketo, CDP and other applications. Launch salesforce CRM and quotation application to sales and marketing organization. Implement sales analytics providing actionable insights into the company’s performance.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience as an analyst, architect or related occupation involving in sales and marketing automation, OR Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as an analyst, architect or related occupation involving in sales and marketing automation. Experience must include: Analytics applications such as OBIEE, Tableau, Wave, Power Builder and other sales analytics technologies; Building actionable insights through optimized systems and bolt-Ons; Customer Relationship Management processes and applications to build/deploy tools, including working with e-platforms and marketing operations, i.e. Adobe, Marketo, and Intershop ecommerce; Working with team globally; and Facilitating change management, project discovery, business case development, process improvement and project status and issue resolution. Position requires approximately 50% international travel. Telecommuting position - can be performed anywhere in the U.S. within commuting distance to a company facility.
