Covetrus, Inc. seeks Sr. Software Engineer in Dublin, OH:

Job Duties: Design, develop, maintain, and deliver software for business applications spanning veterinary customers, pharmacy, warehouse/supply chain, and customer service. Contribute to the adoption of new technologies and software development best practices. Understand products from a technical and business perspective and develop and troubleshoot problems rapidly and productively. Engineer software applications and features based on business and technical priorities. Contribute to the architecture and design of novel software platforms. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related Software Developer position.

Special Skill Requirements: Must have at least two (2) years of experience with each of the following: 1) ERP systems Modules: Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Ecommerce business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C); 2) JavaScript; 3) MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch; 4) REST; 5) SOAP; 6) HTML; 7) CSS; 8) Object Oriented Programming Languages like .Net Java, PHP; 9) Data Analytics; and 10) AWS technologies like Lambda, SNS, SQS.
