Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate to join their Corporate & Securities practice group in Denver, Portland, or Seattle(link removed)>

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.


• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required.


• At least 3 years of experience in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance(link removed)>
  
• Strong legal writing, communication, and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise public companies on reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance matters.


• Work on corporate governance and transactional issues for both public and private companies across various industries.


• Collaborate with a team of experienced practitioners on sophisticated legal matters at a national level.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range from $260,000 to $390,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
