Job Description:
We are looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This is a commission-only role where you will connect with business owners, building managers, and decision-makers to share the benefits of Feng Shui consultations. You will work remotely and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals with local businesses interested in transforming their spaces with Feng Shui.

As a BDR, youll have the opportunity to:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients.
- Educate them on the benefits of Feng Shui for business spaces.
- Schedule consultations for our Harmony Spaces consultants.
- Build a solid client base by meeting weekly lead generation and sales targets.

Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based position, with weekly payouts every Friday. You will earn 20% commission on each sale. The earning potential depends on your success, with expected income ranges outlined below:

Weekly Earnings Potential:
- Low Sales (1 deal): $600
- Targeted Sales (2-3 deals): $1,200 - $3,000
- High Sales (4+ deals): $4,800+

With consistent performance, annual earnings can range between $31,000 to $120,000+.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to businesses in your area and present Harmony Spaces services.
- Engage and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Manage client follow-ups and schedule consultations.
- Maintain regular communication with the team and hit weekly targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales and lead generation required

- Ability to work independently and hit weekly targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
