Full Time Cook
Salary $75,000 + Superannuation

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cook to join our Team. You will work closely with our current chefs and cooks, whilst maintaining the highest level of safety and customer service.

Selection of correct food ingredients and storing food in temperature-controlled facilities.
Preparing main dish Oriental / Western
Preparing Salads and Soups
Preparing of Sauces
Preparation of Chicken / meat dishes
Preparation of dishes upon request and for special dietary
Professional dish presentation.
Assisting with menu preparation
Maintaining kitchen area clean and tidy
Maintaining cooking tools clean and ready for use.
Professional teamwork

To be successful you will require:
a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cooking or relevant certification
At least 2-4 years of on-the-job training years / working experience
Demonstrated ability to work with a team, work weekends and attend after-hours calls is highly regarded.
You will be required to have customer service skills, detailed knowledge and practical experience of kitchen maintenance, and working under pressure while meeting deadlines.
