Company Brief:Ganges Internationale Pvt Ltd is a leading player in the galvanized steel fabrication industry, specializing in the manufacturing of Telecom towers, Solar mounting structures, Crash barriers, CRFS, and Scaffolding products. We also provide Hot-dip Galvanizing services for our clients. With a turnover of 140 million US dollars, Ganges operates two ISO certified manufacturing facilities in Pondicherry, with its head office located in Chennai.

Job Description:

1. co-ordinates activities and shares information with everyone in the workflow

2. Maintain understanding of common processes from quotation through invoicing

3. Ensure On Time Delivery promised date to be fulfilled

4. Steer and manage highly sensitive escalation required by corrdinating and partnering with end - User

5. Support teams to ensure the order gets to end of job.

6. Act as a contact person for all activities associated with the team

Qualifications:

• Education: Any UG Graduation
• Experience: 2-3 years

Requirement:

a) Any Bachelor's degree

b) Basic knowledge in MS office including Excel and powerpoint

c) Oral and written communication ( English, Tamil, Hindi(O))

d) Knowledge in Google sheet

e) Should have knowledge in Excel functions, formulas and tools
