Staff Software Engineer – Kaseya US LLC (Burlington, MA)

The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, supporting and maintaining complex, large-scale operational and fault tolerant integration solutions. They will work closely with other Technical Leadership, Solution Architects/Designers to ensure consistency and quality of solutions and knowledge sharing. The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include:

 Translating business requirements into technical requirements and applying creative problem solving that bring these requirements to fruition for a team.
 Possessing deep knowledge and insight into all aspects of Mulesoft API workflows and ecosystem.
 Actively maintain interfaces between various enterprise systems using MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
 Advise technical teams on performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and other operational concerns of integration solutions on AnyPoint Platform and Boomi AtomSphere
 Participating in the design and configuration of interfaces using Mulesoft.
 Coaching team members to improve performance, offering feedback and demonstrating the desired skills and expected work ethic.
 Solving or recommending solutions atop business challenges and gaps using Mulesoft.
 Providing formal technical/functional direction to other team members.
 Actively maintaining interfaces between various enterprise systems using Mulesoft.
 Assisting in a thorough assessment of current state and spearhead post-assessment development.
 Supporting any design and configuration changes as necessary.
 Provide production support, troubleshoot, and resolve systems issues.
 Maintaining documentation on various integration processes.
 Developing unit tests and providing code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality.
 Assisting with ad hoc project tasks.

A qualified candidate will possess at a minimum a Master’s degree (or a foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science/Engineering/Applications, Information Systems or a closely related computer field followed by at least two (2) years of experience as a Software Engineer / Software Developer / Software Consultant, or closely related position working extensively with MuleSoft, Salesforce and NetSuite integration, and Dell Boomi, as well as acting as a feature lead while developing APIs. The experience, which may have been gained concurrently, must have included two (2) years of experience with each of the following:

• Building and testing complex (more than 10 workflows) REST API solutions for enterprise using MuleSoft, Salesforce and NetSuite integration, and Dell Boomi, including, specifically, developing MuleSoft API-Led platform architecture.
• Developing Mule flows/DataWeave using AnyPoint Studio.
• Working with Dell Boomi development tools, including Boomi Integration, Boomi Flow, and Boomi API Management, as well as Dell Boomi process reporting, Atom management, local and cloud atoms.
• Performing message transformation, validation, routing, and orchestration in MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
• Building CI/CD pipelines using MuleSoft and GitLab.
• Working with multiple stakeholders to define integration and API scope and specifications for a large-scale transformation program by running a detailed assessment and discovery.
