Seeking Product Developer to identify new Personal Lines and Personal Auto linesinsurance products to be sold through existing and new client bases. Candidate will perform market research and competitive analysis to support the product development efforts.

Responsibilities:

*** Develop new products in concert with Underwriting and compliance departments.

*** Develop and implement procedures for project management including reporting on research findings, regular progress reports, and staff conferences.

*** Monitor industry, bureau and regulatory changes related to their impact on product offerings and implement changes as necessary.

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's Degree or other relevant education and industry experience.

*** 3 years experience in Personal Lines and Personal Auto lines product research or development.

*** Underwriting background in Personal Lines and Personal Auto lines strongly preferred.
