Sanitation Manager


General Summary
A dedicated and experienced Sanitation Manager is needed to ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and safety of our products and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations(link removed) The Sanitation Manager will lead a team of sanitation workers across multiple shifts, develop and implement sanitation policies, and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanitation management, preferably within the food production industry, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.


Primary Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement sanitation policies and procedures.

  • Lead and manage a team of sanitation workers.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is necessary.
