Requirements:

• Valid physical therapy license


• Valid Drivers license


• Home Health experience preferred but not required


• Current CPR certification


• New Grads Accepted!

• 2 weekend shifts a month


• Receive extra day off for each weekend/holiday worked


• Scheduled to see patients 8:15-3:15 each shift
