Design Engineer Industrial Equipment AutoCAD

Salary $80,000 - $90,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Southern USA

Solid industrial manufacturing company is growing and needs a talented industrial equipment Design Engineer! This is a unique opportunity to use your AutoCAD & Inventor skills and to leave your mark by designing the next innovation in the industrial equipment industry. There is ample room to move up the corporate ladder & youll learn tons working with a talented group of engineers at this facility & others in the company!

Youll need to have strong AutoCAD, Inventor, 2D/3D skills for this position and your core responsibilities will include using AutoCAD in the developing drawings for current and future clients. Youll work with the sales team on proposals for clients. Create estimates for production. Perform test to ensure product workability and quality. Provide engineering support during production, installation, and repair of products.

Youll need to be an excellent problem-solver with high attention to detail and accuracy. Youll need solid communication, engineering calculations, understanding of GD&T, and the ability to read schematics. Bachelors degree is preferred, but we will consider AS in Engineering degrees. Perfect job to have while you finish getting your BS in Engineering!

Minimum requirements for this Design Engineer:
Must have at least an associate degree in engineering
Must be skilled in AutoCAD Inventor
At least 1 year of experience in Design with AutoCAD
Experience designing in a manufacturing environment.
