AVP, Finance -- P&C Insurance Accounting

I'm assisting another recruiter on this one! We're targeting professionals in the greater Chicagoland area coming out of the P&C Insurance Accounting marketplace who are open to CAPTIVE ACCOUNTING and ready to move up from an Account Manager role to an AVP, Finance role. A minimum of 5 years experience in P&C carrier financial reporting or Captive Insurance Accounting - a CPA is required(link removed)>
We're looking for someone who is capable of moving into a very high-profile role Must be a sharp, charismatic professional who can command the room, make client presentations, counsel, and consult, but who can coach/mentor and develop superb Account Managers.

This role will include Domestic and International travel. Will necessarily build collaborative relationships with Insurance Managers, Tax and Audit Managers.
