Responsibilities: Establish product requirements and specifications based on the principles of software engineering and development. Work with other team members within the company to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility. Collaborate with the company’s senior engineers to develop software products using the most current frameworks, services, and technologies. Responsible for prototype development of various complex features and projects. Work with clients’ technical teams to determine clients’ requirements and feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Build up stable, advanced, and maintainable products that meet clients’ requirements. Maintain, test, and enhance customized products for software performance improvement. Create and maintain API documentation, software documentation and articles.

The position requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

The position also requires completion of a university level course, project, internship, or thesis, or six (6) months of academic or professional experience involving the following:

Developing software applications using Java, JavaScript, and Python; Modern cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or GCP; Managing cloud resources and delivering software products to the customer using cloud platforms; Software development principles and Software Development Life Cycle; Designing database schemas, procedures, and triggers for relational databases, and knowledge of use cases of NoSQL databases in different scenarios; and Designing, creating, and conducting unit tests, stress tests, and other types of software testing.
