Staff Software Engineer

Plan/lead complex technical projects; collaborate with development teams to understand their needs; propose improvements; use React/React Native/React JS; Web UI; Web Apps; React; CSS, LESS; Unit Testing; HTML; coordinate program development of computer software applications/systems/services (design to product release); design Web Services (REST, SOAP); develop tools for engineers to deliver features safely, quickly, reliably; design, implement/optimize web applications using front-end technologies; improve SDLC/development efficiency; build/maintain CI/CD pipelines with unit testing; stay abreast of latest front-end technologies/ trends; guide their adoption; build highly scalable/reliable internal CI/CD processes, platforms, tools; develop web applications in modern technologies (React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, GraphQL, other frameworks); solve large complex problems (research, diagnosis, troubleshoot, documentation); tackle greenfield projects; improve long-term sustainability of SentinelOne’s engineering model; support SentinelOne’s growing SaaS offering by modernizing web application developer experience; contribute to building, deploying, maintaining software applications; review code for quality, test coverage, security; and document critical implementation details/data structures. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical and Computer Engineering plus 2 years experience. Experience to include using React/React Native/React JS; Web UI; Web Apps; React; CSS, LESS; Unit Testing; HTML; coordinating program development of computer software applications/systems/services (design to product release); and designing Web Services (REST, SOAP). This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
