Contact Center Migration Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee contact center migration to a cloud platform.
Prioritize tasks and manage dependencies to optimize business value.
Execute PMO functions, ensuring collaboration with vendor partners and key stakeholders.
Monitor the roadmap, adapting to changing business needs.
Ensure alignment with the overall contact center transformation strategy.
Requirements:

Project Management experience.
Knowledge of Contact Centers.
Experience with migration projects.
