Type of Hire: Temp to Hire

Title: Applicator

Location: Oxnard, CA

Work Schedule: Monday- Saturday, 3am-2pm

Compensation: $23-$25

Job Title: Applicator

Principle Duties:
We are seeking a skilled Applicator, the ideal candidate will be responsible for applying pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and other treatments to various landscapes and agricultural areas. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to prescribed procedures and safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain application equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Conduct pre-application site inspections to determine appropriate treatment and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, including types and quantities of chemicals used, application dates, and treatment locations.
- Communicate with clients to explain treatments and answer any questions.
- Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself, the environment, and the public.

Skills and Qualifications:
-Class A/B License Preferred
-Tractor Driving
-Able to work Nights and weekends
- Proven experience as an applicator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of chemical application methods and safety procedures.
- Ability to operate and maintain various application equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
- Good communication skills for client interactions.
- Certification or license for pesticide application
