A strong team player. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Job Description: The Plant Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing manufacturing processes within the plant. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Process Engineer will also play a key role in new product introductions, process optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for manufacturing process improvements and develop action plans for optimization. Provide problem-solving support for machine and process-related issues to minimize downtime. Develop and update work instructions, process standards, and tooling requirements. Oversee tooling and dies management to optimize machine performance. Evaluate machine guarding systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Validate and analyze Connected Factory data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Utilize data analysis and statistical tools for continuous improvement. Assist in change management activities related to process changes and new technology implementations. Collaborate with the product development team for new product launches. Qualifications and Experience: Engineering bachelor's degree required Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial engineering. 3 or more years of hands-on process, operations, and/or maintenance engineering experience in an industrial environment. Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and analytical abilities. Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements. Self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Proven experience in successful project completion. AutoCAD experience. Must Answer Below Questions 1.
