Collaborating with the PEMA/OSFC Application team to identify and fix technical problems. Provide and lead Incident Management & Change Management for PEMA/OSFC Application support team. Provide weekly status updates on development teams project, task, and initiatives Responsible for application inventory, application support documentation & organization of PEMA/OSFC application portfolio Review specification business requirements and collaborate with the team on development level of effort estimations for requirements. Involved in adopting COTS products for PEMA/OSFC Desired Experience/Skills: DevOps and familiar with the SCRUM/iterative/waterfall development. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience with ITSM. Including Remedy & ServiceNow Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements IT Project Management Strong analytical and communication skills.
