We are hiring a Staff Nurse (ICU/OT) for a leading hospital in Odisha. This role requires a Junior Staff Nurse with 1 to 3 years of experience in ICU and Operation Theatre (OT). Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Odisha

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the ICU and OT, adhering to the highest standards of patient safety.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report any changes to the senior nursing staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist in surgical procedures in the Operation Theatre, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and medical records.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in the ICU and OT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure efficient and compassionate care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ICU and OT nursing practices and implement them effectively.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
