Job Description:

Planning:

• Translate functional product roadmap into backlog stories


• Translate PTR/NFR product roadmap into backlog stories


• Prioritize functional and PTR/NFR items into a single product backlog based on business priorities and dev spend allocations


• Writes high-level user stories with acceptance criteria


• Communicate clear what is NOT to be built (Guardrails)


• Drives to concept of Minimum Marketable Feature (MMF)


• Drives to concept of Minimum Releasable Functionality (MRF)


• Drives to concept of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for feedback


• Lead high-level estimation effort of roadmap items (TShirt)


• Lead detailed estimation effort of proposed business case scope


• Work with R&D stakeholders to assign features and plan releases


• Manage, adjust for risk, and prioritize product backlog


• Leads the Scrum ceremony for "Release Planning" (Dev kickoff)


• Leads the key stakeholders in managing "Platform" backlog(s)


• Raises "Platform" items to Product Management for inclusion


• Track active defect counts Include active defects into sprints to maximize quality


• Work with R&D leadership to mitigate risks of knowledge "pockets" (handled via feature team assignments)


• Track and report out actual R&D spend into high-level
