Full Time Landscape Team Member and Team Leader positions are available for the 2020 Landscape Season.

 

Mountain View Landscapes, a premiere landscape company since 1976, seeks experienced Landscape Team Leaders & Team Members. Interested candidates should have experience in landscape maintenance, hardscape, plantings, pruning, trimming, mowing, irrigation installation, etc., possess strong leadership skills, be energetic, detail orientated & a team player. Willing to train the right person!

Team Member Qualifications:

• Professional Landscape Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.

• A positive attitude, focused on the goals and outcomes of the team as a whole.

• Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving history for the past 3 years, and reliable transportation.

• Able to lift up to 100lbs.

• Must be able to stand and work for 10+ hours per day.

• Must be able to bend, crouch, stoop, dig, and rake.

• Available to work a varied schedule, including Saturdays and Overtime.

• All of our Crew Member positions are considered a "Crew Leader in training" position. We are constantly looking for reliable individuals who show potential and willingness to move to the next level.

Team Leader Qualifications:

• All of the above Team Member qualifications PLUS verifiable experience managing a landscape crew responsible for commercial grounds maintenance.
