Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Lead IBM/BPM Developer anywhere in the US for our national BPM Practice. Remote/Travel position.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.


•  Ensuring that technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development.


• Develop applications in languages including IBM BPM, Appian, and Pega.


• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.

• IBM BPM 8.5.x


• Overall 2-3 years of experience in SOA and integration space 


• Great communication skills.


• 5 years of BPM experience with BPM products


• 4 years with IBM BPM Development including UI Design.


• Process, rules & deep IBM BPM solution skills. IBM BPM expert for


• Design and implementation ; 


• Excellent programming skills using high-level languages Java, JavaScript, VB, PHP, etc.; 


• Expert at generalizing and coding process rules; identifies and designs repeating people-oriented process-based patterns (for re-use in process applications).
