As a Customer Service Representative (CSR's), you will be taking inbound calls from policy holders, vendors, agents, and internal customers regarding insurance claims. CSRs will handle 100-200 calls daily. The majority of calls will be regarding claims they have.



Responsibilities:

• Receiving inbound calls with enthusiasm and positive energy.


• Understanding the nature of the call and offering sincere empathy where needed.


• Quick navigation through a data bank for information.


• Provide the proper detailed information, and route callers to the correct department.


• Consistently adhere to attendance, professional conduct, and confidentiality policies and guidelines


• Accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals


• Maintain 100% attendance during New Hire Training

• -Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office programs.


• -Understand the concepts of navigation, search engines, and other web based applications


• -Clear communication skills, written & verbal

• High School diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work anytime between 7am-7pm (7.75hr shift scheduled, must be flexible for shift changes)


• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
