Call Center Representative Inbound Location: US-CA-Bakersfield Jobcode: ce242180f902c5e1c1f42ed6f1e49ac5-122020 Email Job

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR's), you will be taking inbound calls from policy holders, vendors, agents, and internal customers regarding insurance claims. CSRs will handle 100-200 calls daily. The majority of calls will be regarding claims they have.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls with enthusiasm and positive energy.
- Understanding the nature of the call and offering sincere empathy where needed.
- Quick navigation through a data bank for information.
- Provide the proper detailed information, and route callers to the correct department.
- Consistently adhere to attendance, professional conduct, and confidentiality policies and guidelines
- Accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Maintain 100% attendance during New Hire Training
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
- -Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
- -Understand the concepts of navigation, search engines, and other web based applications
- -Clear communication skills, written & verbal
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work anytime between 7am-7pm (7.75hr shift scheduled, must be flexible for shift changes)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
