Spiegel Industrial, LLC is currently looking to hire a Construction Foreman to join our team.
Construction Foreman Basic Requirements:
- Travel, out of state based on projects
- Honesty - Solid work ethics

- Good physical condition and mental stamina
- Driver license
- Drug test, includes marijuana
- Background check
- Computer data entry & email
- Communication with clients
- Own transportation for local work
- Previous construction management experience, minimum of 3 years - Ability to manage teams of approximately 5 employees.
- Previous industrial coating experience helpful, but will provide further levels of training.
- Duties outside of managerial requirements include, but are not limited to: Abrasive blasting, mechanical abrading, priming & painting, scaffold and ladder work.
Construction Foreman Responsibilities:

- Analytical Skills - ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.

- Problem Solver - uses logic to identify and solve problems for organizational functions and/or operations.
- Stress Management - ability to multitask under conditions of urgency and in high pressure situations; remains calm under stress.
