We're hiring new trainees who want to make serious money in the alternative lending industry. The Appointment Setter’s role is to generate leads and prospects by making B2B outbound calls to small to medium sized businesses (leads provided).

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Outbound B2B cold calling, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments


• Ability to build trust upon initial contact and to reach decision-makers.

Requirements:

• Competitive and self-motivated nature.


• Excellent verbal and conversational skills.


• Call center experience preferred but not required.


• Accountability and the highest level of integrity, a MUST.
