LOOKING FOR GROWTH-MINDED SALES REPS



We’re looking for someone who’s coachable, loves people, and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get’er done.

We’ll train you in every aspect of the business, and show you how to personally produce a monthly commission of at least $10,000-$12,000. We have the tools, and are looking to bring on someone we can groom into management from day one. Industry experience isn’t necessary, but hard work and integrity are non-negotiable.



COMPENSATION



Though compensation is based on what YOU desire, and are willing to work towards achieving—typically our independent contractor agents make 250k+ Management, 90-140k+ Full Time, 40-60k+ Part time.



Our company has leads, who’ve ALL responded to a direct mailing or online ad requesting information. We simply 1) call that exclusive lead, 2) set up an appointment, 3) meet the client in their home, 4) review their options, and 5) write up the policy. We also market several other related products- all designed to help put the family in a better position, while also helping the agent's family.



We’re primarily looking for those desiring to move into management. However, if you’re looking for part time or full time warm sales, there could be a spot for you, as well.
