Our client is an American multinational investment bank and financial services company with over 200,000 employees. We are helping recruit full-time permanent Inbound Customer Service Specialists in Utica.

The training starts on October 7th for 7 weeks and you must be available from 11:30am to 8:00pm (Monday to Friday). 

Representatives are also responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate bank department, as well as executing banking transactions and cross-selling products or special promotions.

Work Hours/Shifts:

• Tuesday to Friday from 1:15pm to 10:00pm and Saturday from 11:15am to 8:00pm


• Monday, Tuesday, Friday 11:30am to 10:00pm and Saturday 9:30am to 8:00pm. 

As part of the Customer Service team - you will go beyond processing simple account transactions – you’ll listen to client needs and advise on products and services to support our clients through life events and moments that matter. Anticipate and resolve client concerns with the goal of exceeding each client’s expectations, no matter how large or small the request.
