Currently referring litigation work to outside counsel and seek to hire a litigation associate to take over existing cases, and take the lead on new cases.



Litigation experience in the following areas would be beneficial: real estate, contracts, business, consumer matters. The ideal applicant would have enough experience to be able to successfully manage their own cases, with oversight and assistance from existing counsel.
