Full time experienced apartment maintenance person for apartment community in Roseville, MI

 

All applicants must have a valid drivers license.

Maintenance should know basic electrical & plumbing, on call emergency pager, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, appliance repair, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable. HVAC certified is helpful. Must live 20 minutes from the property.
