Senior Business Analyst needed for leading womens health company. The Senior Business Analyst in this position links the company and all its departments with the CRM and website development and maintenance teams. The Senior Business Analyst will work independently to review and document business requirements in preparation for upgrades and enhancements to the system. Must have strong knowledge of Marketo.

Responsibilities include taking responsibility of the project from analysis through implementation, testing and delivery. The Senior Business Analyst will lead requirement gathering meetings, research new technologies and opportunities for improvements, and provide accurate and timely documentation at every stage of the project.

This is a remote 1-2 year contract opportunity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a business process analyst working on mid-level projects for companywide initiatives


• Working knowledge of cloud-based technologies to include Salesforce, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems


• Mastery of database fundamentals, including relational table structures, and knowledge of web technologies such as SEO Tagging, Authentication, APIs, etc.


• Expert-level knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).


• Understanding of requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).


• Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.


• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.


• Experience facilitating fact-finding meetings, gather input from all stakeholders, and report those findings concisely.


• Experience in the Fertility, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical Industry


• Working knowledge of ERP Systems, pricing, CPQ, financial reporting and CLM systems

Preferred Experience and Requirements:

• Experience with Medical Device Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service
