MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai/Pune office:


AI Integration Developer

The AI Integration developer will play a crucial role in coding, testing, and debugging workflow solutions within the AI Support product. You will work under the guidance of the product manager to meet deliverables and contribute significantly to our AI Bot product development. This role requires a balance of independence in designing and developing technical modules, along with collaborative efforts in team projects and technical support.

Understands and coordinates potential dependencies across solution design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance activities, ideally supporting an AI Bot built on a LLM, plus integration with other ITSM and Knowledge platforms.


What can you expect?


Develop, code, test, and debug software programs, with a focus on building experience APIs using REST APIs, data aggregation, and string formatting.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of integration patterns, best practices, and the organizations change management and security policies.

Work independently on the design and development of technical modules, demonstrating innovation and efficiency.

Assist in diagnosing and solving coding problems, contributing to the stability and quality of AI Bot built on a large language model.

Provide high-level technical support to clients, addressing existing problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support help desk operations, monitoring trends from support calls to inform senior team members about the performance of existing systems.

Serve as a technical resource for analysts and other team members, sharing knowledge on system configurations, API management practices, and enterprise automation tools (iPaaS, APIM, RPA).

Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive project plans, effectively communicate software development strategies, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Technical Documentation: Writing and updating technical documents that describe the system architecture, codebase, APIs, or other technical aspects of the project for future reference and for new team members.

Conducting Code Reviews: Participating in code review processes to ensure the code meets quality standards, follows the project's coding conventions, and does not introduce new bugs.

Writing unit tests, performing integration testing, and fixing bugs. This also includes collaborating with QA (Quality Assurance) teams to address issues found during testing phases.

Additional Responsibilities


Participate in planning meetings to estimate the effort required for tasks and deciding what can be accomplished in the upcoming sprint.

User Documentation: Creating user guides, help documents, and FAQs for the end-users or clients to understand and effectively use the software.

Collaborating with other teams to provide technical insights, understand market needs, and address customer feedback.

Attending regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, understand business requirements, and make adjustments to project scopes or priorities as necessary.

Keeping up to date with new programming languages, tools, and technologies relevant to their projects and the broader software development field.

Leading or participating in knowledge-sharing sessions such as workshops, seminars, or coding dojos to foster team growth and improve project outcomes.

Updating tasks, logging work, and managing tickets in project management tools.

Proactively identifying potential risks to project timelines, budgets, or resources and communicating these risks to relevant parties.

Collaborating with the team and management to develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Act when needed as a backup to support the product infrastructure.

Experience as a developer of a SaaS product, preferably with experience in AI, machine learning, or related technologies.

What you need to have:


Bachelors degree in a technology related discipline;OR a combination of work experience, education and training equivalent to a four-year college degree in a technology related discipline.

5+ years development experience, ideally with LLM AI solutions, plus ITSM and Knowledge platforms

3+ years experience managing related projects;

3+ years experience working as part of results-oriented project teams.

Proven experience delivering development solutions in large IT environments, with focus on service delivery.

Proven ability to work to deadlines and within budget constraints.

Previous experience working in a matrix organization.

Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred skills


Working knowledge of various best practice frameworks such as ITIL, service management, project management, etc.
