Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers across various departments. The Recruiter will utilize various tools and platforms to identify candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Duties
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
-Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
-Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
-Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback throughout the process.
-Develop job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
-Utilize technical recruiting skills to identify candidates for specialized roles within the organization.
-Assist in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
-Support training development initiatives by collaborating with HR teams to onboard new hires effectively.

Requirements
-(Preferred) 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
-Bilingual Mandarin and English is preferred.
-Knowledge of technical recruiting practices is a plus.
-Strong understanding of succession planning concepts and training development processes.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
