Job Summary: We are currently searching for an operations professional who is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of multiple warehouse facilities. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, safety and compliance. The Senior Associate will develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, improve productivity, and create a strategic plan to achieve efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Ability to be a self-starter who is comfortable leading large-scale projects and seeing them through to completion Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishments, and manage inventory accuracy. Support new warehouse launching and lead SOP creation & Process Engineering. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subs, and commercial real estate agents Ability to understand warehouse and trucking operations as it pertains to LTL/FTL & drayage Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on warehouse productivity, costs, and other key performance indicators. Data automation & analytic skills to optimize the efficiency of day-to-day operations
Required Skills
Bachelors degree from an accredited university OR 3 years of demonstrated warehouse operations experience 3 years of demonstrated experience in process engineering & innovations Experience setting up the warehouse (analysis of warehouse layout, labor and flow chart and networks, milestones construction, etc.) Expert level working with all Microsoft Products including Excel and some WMS systems Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and ability to work across the entire organization Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to travel to various operational sights as needed Strong project management skills and ability to follow a timeline
