1.   Support the individual functions of the US Consumer Bank Operations with robust reporting, analytics and insight.

2.   Specialize in transforming and modernizing the visual reporting catalogue with migration of legacy reporting products.

3.   Utilize key analytical tools and processes to drive operational efficiency and a strong focus on Customer Experience.

4.   Execute on key automation opportunities to deliver insight into the hands of our external and internal stakeholders quickly.

5.   Ensure thorough understanding and implementation of operations, controls, policies, and procedures.

6.   Explore opportunities for Care, Collections, and Operational Rigour business areas to support customer demand.

7.   Help define business cases when implementing new technologies or processes.
