Barclays Services Corp. seeks Vice President, QA Scenarios in New York, NY (multiple positions).

1.        Developing models to support Barclays’ Scenarios expansion processes, playing a key role in driving, planning, stress testing and impairment processes helping to manage the balance sheet of the firm.

2.        Evaluating scenario expansion to ensure consistency with scenario narrative.

3.        Responsible for explaining scenario trajectories to various stakeholders and responding to queries from users.

4.        Mentoring and training junior colleagues on scenario model development.

5.        Managing stakeholder expectation and engagement in scenario management for stress testing and impairment.

6.        Creating documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and replication of results.

7.        Writing codes in R and Python to maintain and upgrade the code base.

8.        Responsible for model implementation and testing to ensure effective control framework during production deployment.

9.        Supervising two (2) direct reports.

10.      May telecommute.

Rate of pay: $173,500 to $190,850 per year. The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
